Jack O’Lantern Apple Pops (Edit recipe)

It’s almost spooky season and we’re rounding up our favorite Halloween treats! These apple pops are made with just five ingredients: apples, white chocolate, plant-based natural orange food color, semi-sweet chocolate, and dye-free candy for the green stem. It’s a fun after-school treat and a great hands-on activity for the kids to get creative!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Take an apple slice and make a tiny slit with a paring knife on the bottom center of your apple. Insert popsicle stick.
  3. Take your melted white chocolate and mix in your orange coloring.
  4. Spread melted orange chocolate on top of your apple slices. Add the green candy on top for your stem. Freeze for 10 minutes to harden.
  5. Using a toothpick or piping pen, add your semi-sweet chocolate to the apple slices to make jack o'lantern faces. Freeze for another 10 minutes. Enjoy!
