Keto Beef and Broccoli(ni) Stir Fry
This classic Chinese-American recipe is so easy to make! Follow the steps to velvet your beef, and this keto version might just become your family’s favourite! The brown sauce is flavourful and the broccolini should be tender and crisp. Serve it with cauliflower rice or keto friendly “rice”. Here’s another idea: Why not serve it with my keto egg noodle recipe?! Just prepare the noodles as per instruction and toss it in the wok! Make it keto beef & broccolini noodles!
