Keto No-Bake Peanut Butter Pie
This fluffy, no-bake peanut butter pie is super low-carb, crazy delicious, and a snap to make. Packed with flavor, this pie will be gobbled up with no left overs in sight. You can literally have your pie and eat it too. It's keto, gluten free, grain free, low-sugar (only the sugars naturally occurring in the peanut butter).
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Sweet Cinnamon Crunch Phat Crumbs
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted
- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Full Fat Cream Cheese
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Peanut Butter
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Swerve Confectioners (powdered), or powdered sweetener of choice
- 6 Tbsp6 Tbsp6 Tbsp Heavy Cream (Whipping Cream)

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in sweetener and peanut butter. Gradually add heavy whipping cream. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine Phat Crumbs and butter. Pour Crumb mix into pie dish of choice. Freeze for 5-10 minutes.
- Spoon filling into the crust and smooth to desired shape. Freeze for at least 20 minutes. Add toppings. Enjoy!
