Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Thinly slice chicken breasts into desired nugget shape. The smaller the better as the cracker crumbs tend to brown quickly.
  2. Whisk eggs and add chicken pieces to the egg mixture to coat.
  3. Heat desired amount of oil in a skillet on medium high heat. We used about 1/4 cup.
  4. In batches, dip the egg coated chicken into the Phat Crumbs to coat and fry in a single layer, flipping as needed, until golden brown and cooked through (7-10 minutes). Alternatively pre-heat air fryer to 390 degrees and cook in the air fryer in a single layer for 6-7 minutes. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
