Kiwi Mojito

Ingredients
- 222 Kiwi, skin removed and diced
- 1/21/21/2 Lemon, thinly sliced
- 1/4 tsp1/4 tsp1/4 tsp "French Vanilla" Faux Joe Coffee Alternative (Loose Leaf) - Sip Herbals
- 5 sprig5 sprig5 sprig Mint Leaves
- 2-3 Tbsp2-3 Tbsp2-3 Tbsp Honey, to taste
- 1.25 cup1.25 cup1.25 cup Sparkling Water
- Ice cubes
Process

- In a small bowl or cocktail tumbler, add 1 kiwi, the lemon slices, Sip Herbals Vanilla Coffee Substitute, and 2 springs of mint and muddle together.
- Transfer the muddled ingredients to two separate low ball glasses and top each with honey, sparkling water, and ice.
- Mix well and top with remaining kiwi and mint.
