Lazy Crêpes (Sweet Tortillas)
If you have a sweet tooth and love breakfast foods, here's a fun idea to try! It only requires a handful of ingredients and is ready in no time. This recipe makes 6 triangles stuffed with delicious hazelnut spread and topped off with maple syrup, icing sugar & strawberries.
Ingredients
- 3 whole3 whole3 whole Flour Tortilla, sliced in halves

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Chocolate Hazelnut Spread

- 6 whole6 whole6 whole Strawberries, sliced
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Powdered Sugar, for garnish
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Pure Maple Syrup, for garnish

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat (wait until the pan gets hot)
- While your pan is heating, cut each tortilla wrap down the middle into halves
- Fill each tortilla half with your chocolate hazelnut spread and close it into triangle shapes
- Place your tortillas on the skillet and leave them pan fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side
- Remove from your skillet, plate and cool for about 2 minutes
- Serve with your strawberries, icing sugar, maple syrup and top it off with some more spread as a drizzle
