Malteser Overnight Weetbix

- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Milk
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Maple Syrup
yoghurt layer
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Vanilla Pancake Batter Plant Protein - Naked Harvest, code NOA15 to save $$
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Cocoa Powder
choc top
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Soy Protein Crisps
- 4 pieces4 pieces4 pieces Milk Chocolate, I used NOIA Plain Milk Chocolate
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- crush weet-bix and milk until softened. press into the base of a jar or container.
- in a separate bowl, mix yoghurt, protein powder and cocoa powder (and a little sweetener if you like). spoon that over the weet-bix layer.
- evenly spread soy protein crisps over yoghurt layer.
- melt your chocolate and pour it over the top for that glossy, crunchy choc top.
- set in the fridge overnight or until the chocolate is firm.
