Mango Lassi (Dairy Free, AIP, Vegan)
Since Mangoes have been in season (Oh how I am loving it!), now is the time to make a mango lassi! You can also make this delicious Indian yogurt drink anytime of the year using frozen or canned mango pulp.
Ingredients
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Mango, peeled and chopped
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Plain Cocojune Organic Coconut Yogurt, or any other brand or homemade coconut yogurt
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Sea Salt
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Honey
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Turmeric, Optional

- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend till smooth and creamy! Pour over some ice in a tall glass and enjoy! Garnish with fresh mango slices and shredded coconut on top!
