Mega Popsicle
I am calling this popsicle, a mega one because it has all kinds of nutrient dense food for your kids. It may not be large, but it’s large with the amount of nutrients it provides. I packed so much into this popsicle that your kids will never know what they’re getting. A blend of protein, vegetables, healthy fats, and more! This is definitely one to put on the list for summer
Ingredients
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Cauliflower Rice, Frozen
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Blueberries
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Medjool Dates
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
Process

- In a blender, add all of your ingredients together. Blend until it’s nice and creamy. Pour into your popsicle, mold and place in the freezer. Let them harden and enjoy.
