Mini Apple Pie Bites
Warm, flaky, gooey apple pie flavor in the easiest bite-sized treat. These puff pastry bites are basically fall in every bite—and trust me, you’re going to want this one on repeat.
Ingredients
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Puff Pastry, Sheets
- 4 whole4 whole4 whole Apple, Granny Smith, Cubed
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Butter, Unsalted

- 1.5 tsp1.5 tsp1.5 tsp Apple Pie Spice - Primal Palate

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Egg, For egg wash
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Turbinado Sugar, For topping

- 1. Chop your apples into equal cubes
- 2. Turn your pan on medium heat and place the butter in the pan.
- 3. Add the chopped apples, brown sugar and apple pie spice to the pan. Cook until the apples start to soften.
- 4. Cut your sheet of puff pastry into 6 equal parts.
- 5. Place each pastry cube in your muffin pan.
- 6. Fill each puff pastry with the apple pie filling. Fold the puff pastry over the filling.
- 7. Brush an egg wash on top of the pastry and sprinkle turbinado sugar on top.
- 8. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 11-13 minutes or until golden brown.
- Enjoy warm
