Monster Cookie Breakfast Squares
I am always trying to find ways to get nutrients into my kids. And sometimes that means putting chocolate and candy into an oatmeal bake, and a dessert. We have buns for breakfast and taking it as a dessert for lunch. It’s been a great addition and a convincing way to get them to eat. However, it’s packed with nutrients while being sweet at the same time.
Ingredients
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Egg
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Sprouted Rolled Oats - One Degree Organic
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Almond Flour

- 1.5 tsp1.5 tsp1.5 tsp Baking Powder

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup 55% Cacao Organic Vegan Semi-Sweet Dark Chocolate Chips (Bulk) - Pascha Chocolate Co.

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Pumpkin Seeds

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Hemp Hearts

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix eggs, maple syrup, and peanut butter together. Add all of the ingredients except chocolate chips and pumpkin seeds. Mixed together until your batter forms. Fold and chocolate chips, hemp hearts and pumpkin seeds.
- Pour into a greased 8 x 8 brownie pan. Top with chocolate candies if desired. You can also add more chocolate chips or even sprinkles.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until cooked all the way through. Enjoy.
