Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees
  2. 2. Chop your onions finely and mince your garlic. Place half of the onion and garlic in a mixing bowl
  3. 3 To the mixing bowl add your egg, breadcrumbs, oregano, basil and salt and pepper and mix well. Add your meat to the mixture and mix again.
  4. 4. Take your mixture and grab a handful or the meat and spread it out into a circle shape about 3 inches. Place your mozzarella cheese balls in the middle and form balls. Form all of your meatballs and place in your oven for 16-18 minutes.
  5. 5. In a skillet on medium heat add a teaspoon of cooking oil. Add your onion and garlic to the pan and sautee until soft. Top your your favorite jar marinara sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Once the meatballs are done place the meatballs in the sauce. Top with Parmesan and enjoy!

Notes

Serve it with pasta, crunchy sourdough bread, veggies or enjoy as is! This also makes a great appetizer with crostini.
