Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. 1. Dice your chicken and rub down with kinders blend seasoning or a mix of garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Drizzle oil in your pan and sautee the chicken until cooked about 7 minutes.
  3. 3. Remove the chicken from the pan
  4. 4. Drizzle olive oil or a tbsp of the oil from the sun-dried tomatoes to the pan and cook shallots and garlic for 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Add basil, oregano, salt and pepper and sun friend tomatoes to the pan.
  6. 6. Add chicken broth and pasta. Make sure pasta is submerged in the broth and cover for about 7-10 minutes or until your pasta is almost fully cooked.
  7. 7. Add back the chicken, whipped ricotta and spinach. Stir and cover for 3-5 more minutes.
  8. 8. Top with Parmesan cheese and enjoy.
