No Bake Candy Bar
This no bake candy bar is super delicious and is very versatile! The base of it is just like a perfect bar, and it’s super healthy. You can top it and cover it however you’d like!
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Almond Flour
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Peanut Butter Powder
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Agave Nectar (Syrup)
- 10 whole10 whole10 whole Vanilla Vegan Marshmallows
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Pretzels
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Baking Chocolate Chips
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Coconut Oil

- First, make the peanut butter base. Mix together the almond flour, powdered peanut butter, creamy peanut butter and agave. Once the cookie dough texture forms, press it onto parchment paper, about 1 inch thick.
- Pull your marshmallows apart and lay over the peanut butter base. Sprinkle with pretzels.
- Melt your chocolate and coconut oil together. Pour over the top of the bar. Sprinkle with sea salt (optional). Let it harden in the freezer and enjoy!
