These no-bake protein granola bars are full of hearty whole-grain oats, crunchy nuts, and dried fruit. Naturally sweetened with maple syrup, they pack a hunger-crushing protein punch with over 14 grams of protein in each bar. It's the perfect grab-and-go snack.

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Prepare a loaf pan with non-stick baking spray and parchment paper.
  2. Combine the peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, and salt in a pot and on medium-high heat. Stir occasionally until fully melted and smooth. Remove from the heat.
  3. Measure in the oats, protein powder, nuts, and fruit and stir until combined.
  4. Press the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and press down firmly. The firmer you press down, the more solid the bars will be.
  5. Top with the melted chocolate chips and spread evenly.
  6. Allow the protein granola bars to set in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Enjoy!
  7. Store leftover bars in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days or frozen for up to 6 months.

Notes

Can be made with gluten-free and/or vegan substitutes.
