Ingredients

  • 2 whole Mango, Ripe mango, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tsp Lime Zest, Freshly grated
  • 2 whole Lime, Juiced

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Add mango, lime zest and lime juice to mini food processor until puréed and smooth.
  2. Pour mango mixture into popsicle molds.
  3. Freeze at least 4 hours or overnight. Makes 4-6 popsicles depending on size of popsicle molds.

Notes

Roll whole limes on counter, back and forth, using palm of your hand; several times before juicing. This will help you get more juice out of each lime.
