  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken sausage and cook for 5u20136 minutes until golden brown.

  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm, garnished with parsley if desired.
