Oven baked Fried Ravioli
Oven baked Cheese and spinach ravioli coated in Pork Panko breadcrumbs (that were mixed with herbs and Parmesan cheese) then baked until golden perfection!
These can be served with your favorite marinara sauce for an easy appetizer or mid day snack!
Ingredients
- Ravioli, (your choice, I chose Spinach & Cheese)
- 222 Eggs, 1-2 eggs, beaten
- 3-4 cloves3-4 cloves3-4 cloves Garlic
- Pork Panko, or regular bread crumbs
- fresh Thyme
- fresh Rosemary
- fresh Oregano
- Salt and Pepper
- Red Pepper Flakes
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Marinara Sauce

- Preheat the oven to 400 and prepare a sheet pan with parchment paper. Don’t use foil because it will stick and you want to avoid sticking.
- In a small food processor combine The breadcrumbs, parmesan, herbs , garlic, S+P and red pepper flakes. process until mixed well.
- Place the b coating mix into a bowl and in a separate bowl , Add the eggs to along with some salt.
- Dip the ravioli in the beaten egg, then dip it in through the breadcrumbs, making sure all sides are coated. Arrange in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle the ravioli with olive oil.
- Bake the ravioli until cooked through (about 10-13 minutes)
- Serve the ravioli immediately with your favorite red sauce.
- Enjoy!
