  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Season the brisket with the seasoning on both sides and use your hands to rub them into the meat.
  3. Place the brisket in a baking dish and cook for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove the brisket from the oven.
  5. Lower the heat to 300 degrees.
  6. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for an additional 60 minutes.
  7. Remove the brisket from the oven and slice against the grain to serve.
