Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Season both sides of the pork chop.
  2. Set the Instant Pot to Saute and add 1 Tbsp. of cooking fat.
  3. Add the pork chops to the pot and sear on each side for 3 minutes.
  4. Remove from the pork chops from the pot.
  5. Add the remaining cooking fat along with the mushrooms and onion. Give everything a good stir to combine it.
  6. Top the vegetables with the seared pork chops. Add the bone broth to the pot.
  7. Press Keep Warm/Cancel on the Instant Pot.
  8. Add the lid to the Instant Pot and make sure the vent is sealed.
  9. Press Manual and set the time for 20 minutes.
  10. Once it is cooked, quick release the pressure.
  11. Remove the pork chops from the pot and serve!
