Paleo Biscuits
Who doesn’t love biscuits? When you eat paleo it can be hard to find tasty biscuits with a good texture. These are super easy and yet so delicious. I used them to make strawberry shortcake.
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups Almond Flour
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Tapioca Starch
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Baking Powder
- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Salt
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Eggs, Room temperature
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Sour Cream
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter, Melted and cooled

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Put a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet.
- Turn oven onto 375 degrees to preheat.
- Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir to combine well.
- Let sit for 3-4 minutes.
- Using a large ice cream scoop, scoop up and put onto baking sheet.
- Bake for 12 minutes, turn half way through.
Notes
If you are using the biscuits for a sweet treat you can top with 1/4 tsp of turbinado sugar. This adds a great crunch and a bit of sweetness.
