paleo buffalo chicken chili
it's winter time, which means it's extra cold here in the mid-west. while a traditional soup will warm you up, a spicy buffalo soup will DEFINITELY warm your soul!

- in a large skillet, saute onion, peppers, & squash for 6-8 minutes.
- add in kale & cook until wilted.
- transfer cooked veggies to a slow cooker, then add in all remaining ingredients.
- cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours OR until the chicken is cooked through.
- serve with any toppings of choice.
