Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat oven to 350° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the SunButter, coconut oil, maple syrup, and flax egg. Mix well. Add in the cacao powder and coconut flour and mix until fully combined and dough is formed.
  3. Roll into 1 teaspoon size balls, making about 50 total. Place on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake 11 minutes, remove and flip them all over and bake another 11 minutes.
  5. These are best eaten the day they are baked, once they cool, but can be stored covered at room temperature up to 5 days. Makes about 2-3 servings.

Notes

*Make the flax egg by mixing 1 tablespoon flax meal with 3 tablespoons water and letting it sit 5 minutes to thicken
