sweet or savory breakfast? why choose, when you can have both! these breakfast tacos ft. my protein pancakes as the "taco shell" & the most delicious fillings. I like to do a pepperoni pizza inspired savory filling & chocolate raspberry sweet filling, but you can most certainly mix & match these to your liking.

Process

  1. make a batch of protein pancakes.
  2. savory filling

    1. to a small skillet, add diced jerky & turn skillet to medium heat.
    2. in a bowl, whisk together eggs & seasoning.
    3. pour eggs into skillet with jerky, then scramble.
    4. when eggs are done, add parmesan cheese.
    5. add lid to skillet & cook until cheese is melted.

    sweet filling

    1. first, mix together greek yogurt, protein powder, almond butter powder, vanilla extract, & LMNT.
    2. add dip to pancake, then add on fruit, granola, & more LMNT.
