i know philly cheesesteak is usually a sandwich, but why not make it into an easy skillet? great easy dinner served over veggies, fries, or chips!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. in a large skillet, brown ground meat.
  2. in a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients for meat, then add to cooked ground meat.
  3. bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  4. in a separate skillet, saute veggies in avocado oil & cook until caramelized.
  5. to build your bowl, first start with potatoes or other veggies as your base (could also do a layer of tortilla chips).
  6. then add your philly meat, sautéed veggies, provolone/swiss cheese, & enjoy!
