  1. first make dressing, by combining all the ingredients together - refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. to build salad, start by laying a bed of greens.
  3. then add your proteins - meat + eggs + bacon.
  4. then add any veggies or fruits you like - I like adding some roasted veggies & some raw veggies.
  5. add parm crisps or cheese.
  6. drizzle with the "honey" mustard dressing.
  7. I like to top mine with redmond's hickory smoked salt & black pepper.
