Peanut Butter Cup Cookies (gluten free)
Soft and chewy, gluten free, dye free peanut butter cookies with organic peanut butter cups and naturally colored chocolate gems! These are super easy to throw together and bake in just 10 minutes!
Ingredients
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Unsalted Butter, Or Vegan butter stick
- 0.666 cup0.666 cup0.666 cup Brown Monkfruit Sweetener - Lakanto, Or brown sugar or coconut sugar
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Egg, Room temp
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Almond Flour
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Baking Soda
- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Sea Salt
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Unreal Dark Chocolate Peanut Gems

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Beat wet ingredients together for cookies
- Add in dry ingredients
- Fold in chocolate chips, roll into balls, and then press chopped up peanut butter cups & naturally colored chocolate gems on top of cookies (I used lakanto chocolate gems and unreal snacks peanut butter cups)
- Bake at 350 for 10-12 min
- Right out the oven use a circle cookie cutter to swirl the cookies around within to regain perfect circle shape and sprinkle with flakey sea salt
- Enjoy!
