Thick and creamy, protein rich peanut butter mousse! With a chocolate ganache coating for a blood sugar balancing sweet tooth fix!

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Blend together mousse ingredients until smooth
  2. You can optionally add in protein powder for more protein and/or flaxseed or hemp hearts for more omega 3 fatty acids
  3. Pour into 4-5 glass jars
  4. Melt your chocolate chips in 30 second intervals
  5. Allow to cool, then stir in coconut cream until creamy.
  6. *can also use 3tbsp peanut butter + 3 tbsp chocolate chips melted together for ganache
  7. Pour ganache overtop your mousse, sprinkle with peanuts and sea salt salt
  8. Refrigerate for 30 min+ and enjoy!
  9. Will store well covered in the fridge for 3-4 days
