Pecan Mixture
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Vegan Buttery Spread
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Molasses
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Pecans

- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Salt

- Combine all of the pecan mixture ingredients in a bowl.
- Pour into the bottom of a greased and parchment lined loaf pan.
- Now, combine all of the oat mixture ingredients in a bowl.
- Beat until a sort of thick batter forms.
- Pour the oat mixture over the pecans in the loaf pan.
- Bake at 350 Degrees Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes.
- Let cool completely in loaf pan before turning upside down to slice and serve.
- Enjoy!
