Surprisingly easy to make, this decadent pomegranate pistachio dark chocolate bark is full of heart-healthy antioxidants without added sugar.  The most delicious guilt-free treat that makes the perfect homemade holiday gift.

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring gently after each interval, until fully melted.
  3. Pour the chocolate onto the prepared sheet and spread it around evenly.
  4. Sprinkle on the chopped pistachios and pomegranate ariels and lightly press them down into the chocolate. Top with a sprinkle of coarse sea salt if desired.
  5. Allow the chocolate bark to fully cool and set in the fridge before breaking into bite-sized pieces. Enjoy!
  6. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or frozen for up to 6 months.
