choose a variation
- sāmores - after brownies are done cooking, add marshmallows + honey graham cereal & broil until marshmallows are toasted.
- peanut butter pretzel - before baking brownies, mix together pb pretzels & a little bit of peanut butter to form a crumble, then add on top of each bite & bake.
- cosmic brownie - cool completely; melt chocolate chips, then stir in chocolate collagen + water until reaches a thick fudgy consistency. add to each bite, then sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles.
protein brownies
- preheat oven to 350.
- in a food processor, add all ingredients for protein brownies, except chocolate chips.
- fold in chocolate chips, then using a medium cookie scoop, add a scoop of protein brownie batter to a mini silicon muffin tin.
- bake for ~28-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- cool completely before popping out of muffin tin.
