Protein PB Cups
These healthy peanut butter cups are delicious and your kids will love them! These were so easy to make and took me 5 minutes to prep.
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Banana
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Rice Krispies Cereal
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Baking Chocolate Chips

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Coconut Oil

- In a cupcake liner, first add peanut butter to the cupcake liner. Set aside.
- Mix together the banana, protein powder, and Rice Krispies. Top the peanut butter with the banana mixture.
- Melt your chocolate and coconut oil. Top the banana with the chocolate. Then add flaky sea salt.
- Place in the freezer and harden.
- Enjoy!
