  1. refrigerate a can of coconut milk for at least 30 minutes before opening to help solidify the "cream" portion.
  2. open up a can of coconut milk & just scoop out the cream portion into a mixing bowl, not the watery liquid at the bottom.
  3. add all remaining ingredients for protein whipped cream to the bowl, then using a hand mixer, whip until it is fluffy.
  4. refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to help thicken.
