- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Oregano, Dried

- 0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp Garlic Powder

- 0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp Onion Powder

- 0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp Cumin, Ground

- 0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp Coriander, Ground
- 4 cups4 cups4 cups Chicken Bone Broth

- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Pumpkin Purée, Canned or roasted and pureed
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Great Northern Beans, Canned, Or garbanzo
- 3 cups3 cups3 cups Cauliflower Rice, Frozen
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Salt and Pepper, Each
- 111 Cheddar Cheese, Shredded

- 111 Cilantro
- 111 Sour Cream
- 111 Avocado

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a large Dutch oven, cook your ground beef with the onions, garlic, and bell pepper
- Once the meat starts to brown, add all the seasonings and cook for a couple of minutes
- Add the beans, broth, cauliflower rice, and pumpkin
- Stir well
- Bring to a simmer, cover and cook for 45 mins
- Enjoy!
