Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Rolled Oats
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Milk, can use dairy free
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Pumpkin Purée
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Plain Yogurt, can use dairy free
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Pure Maple Syrup, or more to taste
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Hemp Hearts, OPTIONAL, for extra protein

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a medium bowl, stir together all the ingredients until combined. Taste and add more maple syrup, if desired.
- Transfer to a glass container, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- When ready to serve, transfer to a bowl and garnish with desired topping(s) of choice, such as fruits, nuts, granola, yogurt, cinnamon, and/or nut butter
