Raspberry Cheesecake Overnight Weetabix

Ingredients
- 3 whole3 whole3 whole Weetabix, crushed
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Whole Milk
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Granulated Stevia, optional
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Plain Yogurt
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Full Fat Cream Cheese
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Frozen Raspberries, mashed

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a bowl, mash together Weetabix, milk and sweetener (optional) until combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix yoghurt and cream cheese. Spread evenly over Weetbix base.
- Microwave raspberries for ~30 seconds and mash. Place small spoonfuls of mashed raspberry spread across yoghurt layer (see video) and swirl with a skewer.
- Place in the fridge overnight (or at least 15 minutes if you are short on time).
Notes
If you live in the US, you can substitute Weetabix for 3/4 cup oats or shredded wheat cereal.
