Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a bowl, mash together Weetabix, milk and sweetener (optional) until combined.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix yoghurt and cream cheese. Spread evenly over Weetbix base.
  3. Microwave raspberries for ~30 seconds and mash. Place small spoonfuls of mashed raspberry spread across yoghurt layer (see video) and swirl with a skewer.
  4. Place in the fridge overnight (or at least 15 minutes if you are short on time).

Notes

If you live in the US, you can substitute Weetabix for 3/4 cup oats or shredded wheat cereal.
