s.m.a.s.h. meatballs

  1. preheat oven to 400.
  2. add all ingredients to a bowl and combine.
  3. refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. using a small cookie scoop, make ~48 meatballs.
  5. place meatballs on a baking sheet, then bake for 15-20 minutes or until crispy.

assembly

  1. mix all ingredients for avocado schmear in a bowl.
  2. layer each slider as follows: cucumber slice → avocado schmear → s.m.a.s.h. meatball → greek yogurt honey mustard → EBTB seasoning.
  3. serve extra smear with chips, crackers, or veggies for dipping.
