This ninja creami vanilla ice cream is incredibly smooth & creamy, with swirls of salted caramel, and a homemade protein brownie crumbled throughout. High protein, no refined sugars, and gluten free. I used my favorite clean ingredient & delicious French vanilla protein powder from Just Ingredients brand. Save sitewide with code colleenF10

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Froth / mix ice cream ingredients together until clumps are gone
  2. Pour into ninja creami container and freeze overnight
  3. Spin on scoop able ice cream mode. I did one re-spin after for perfect creaminess
  4. Whisk caramel ingredients together until smooth & drippy
  5. Make a divot in the center of your center, pour caramel inside, and respin once (this will fully combine it, but you can skip this step and just drizzle it on top too)
  6. Crumble up a protein brownie for topping
  7. Enjoy!

Notes

Xanthum gum can be hard to digest if you've got a sensitivity to gums or have a sensitive stomach in general. This is a very small amount so I haven't found any issues at all, but it adds the perfect creaminess!
