Seafood Roll
This recipe is full of seafood flavors on a warm garlicy bread, perfect for any beach day. Absolute seafood decadence.
Ingredients
For seafood mix
- 20 whole20 whole20 whole Shrimp, Cooked, medium
- 1.5 cup1.5 cup1.5 cup Lobster, cooked and chopped
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Celery, small diced
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Mayonnaise
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Lime Juice
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning - The Spice Lab
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Red Onion, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Green Onion (Scallion)
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Red Bell Pepper, small diced
For garlic bread
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Garlic, finely grated or minced
- 4 Tbsp4 Tbsp4 Tbsp Butter, Salted
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Parsley, finey chopped

For seafood mix
- Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl, combine until well-coated.
For garlic bread
- In a saucepan, add butter and allow to melt partially. Add garlic and parsley. Stir and allow to cook for about 30 seconds.
- Add bread loaves to the mixture and allow to toast.
- Stuff warm bread with seafood mixture. Serve and enjoy with an optional side of chips or French fries.
Notes
Lemon juice or any form of acid can be substituted for lime juice. It adds a lovely pop of acid. Add some shredded lettuce for a pop of greenery and an added layer of flavor.
