For seafood mix

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl, combine until well-coated.

For garlic bread

  1. In a saucepan, add butter and allow to melt partially. Add garlic and parsley. Stir and allow to cook for about 30 seconds.
  2. Add bread loaves to the mixture and allow to toast.
  3. Stuff warm bread with seafood mixture. Serve and enjoy with an optional side of chips or French fries.

Notes

Lemon juice or any form of acid can be substituted for lime juice.  It adds a lovely pop of acid. Add some shredded lettuce for a pop of greenery and an added layer of flavor.
