This shake is so delicious and nourishing, it is free of artificial dyes and refined sugars, only sweetened with dates and banana! So quick and easy to whip up with ingredients you probably already have at home.

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a high-speed blender, add the dates, frozen banana, spinach, almond milk, Greek yogurt, nut butter, vanilla and peppermint extract.
  2. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Optional whipped topping: Place whipping cream, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Using a hand mixer, mix on medium/high speed for 3-4 min until it thickens. Top smoothie with whipped cream and store any leftovers in the fridge!

Notes

Feel free to use dairy-free yogurt.
