Shaved Frozen Hibiscus Pineapple
A single serve treat that you can indulge on whenever you have a hankering. While the directions are for one, you can certainly have a "shaved fruit bar" kind of situation and have everyone make their own servings. A perfectly fun way to end an evening BBQ this summer. The frozen HIBISCUS MINT DUNKED PINEAPPLE is perfect here and that drizzle of HIBISCUS SYPRUP up on top is the chef's kiss! The crunchy garnish is optional, but gosh only adds the the delightful frozen experience.

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Slice pineapple spears into 2" chunks and place on a parchment lined baking sheet or plate and freeze until solid.
- Grab a few chunks of the frozen pineapple (per serving) and using a small handheld grater, grate the frozen pineapple directly into your serving bowl.
- Drizzle with hibiscus syrup and add garnishes as desired.
Notes
This would most likely work with a frozen fruit like mango as well, certainly worth giving a try!
