Simple Avocado Chocolate Mousse
This simple avocado mousse is DF + GF, boosted with collagen, and perfect when you want something nourishing without all the dishes/time/ and mess baking requires.
Ingredients
- 4 whole4 whole4 whole Avocado, ripe
- 2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp Chocolate Marine Collagen Powder - Further Food, optional

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Cacao Powder, Raw
- 2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp Cornmilk - Maizly, start low and add to blend to desired thickenss

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup, optional for sweetness

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Sea Salt

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a food processor or blender add your avocados, collagen, cacao powder, vanilla, sweetener.
- Blend until creamy. Add in milk 1 tbsp at a time to blend to desired thickness
- Add in a pinch of sea salt and top with more if serving right away.
- Top with desried toppings like granola/chocolate chips/sprinkles/cookies
Notes
I did not include sweetener as the collagen I used was sweet enough for me so you can make this with or without the syrup.
