For when you want dessert but don't want to share, this single serve apple crisp is just for you! It has just the right amount of sweetness, a delicious topping made with oats, flour, and brown sugar, and is best enjoyed with a scoop of ice cream.

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Grease one small ramekin (4 inch) with olive oil and set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together diced apples and apple pie spice. Add to greased ramekin.
  4. In another small bowl, make the crumble topping by adding all ingredients together and mixing well.. It should form soft chunks that hold together.
  5. Place the crumble on top of the apples and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
  7. Top with ice cream or enjoy as is!
