Single Serve Apple Crisp
For when you want dessert but don't want to share, this single serve apple crisp is just for you! It has just the right amount of sweetness, a delicious topping made with oats, flour, and brown sugar, and is best enjoyed with a scoop of ice cream.
Ingredients
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, to grease your ramekin

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Apple, Gala, peeled and diced
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Apple Pie Spice - Primal Palate

- 3 tsp3 tsp3 tsp All Purpose Flour
- 2.5 tsp2.5 tsp2.5 tsp Light Brown Sugar, packed
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Oats, Rolled, or quick oats
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Plant-Based Butter, melted

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Grease one small ramekin (4 inch) with olive oil and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together diced apples and apple pie spice. Add to greased ramekin.
- In another small bowl, make the crumble topping by adding all ingredients together and mixing well.. It should form soft chunks that hold together.
- Place the crumble on top of the apples and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
- Top with ice cream or enjoy as is!
