Skirt Steak Tacos
These bring Taco Tuesday to a whole new level! This marinade makes the steak so tender and juicy. Serve with your favorite toppings and tortillas. ENJOY!

- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Skirt Steak, Grass-fed
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Chipotle Powder
- .75 cup.75 cup.75 cup Coconut Aminos
- 1.5 tsp1.5 tsp1.5 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Ground Cumin
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Lime Juice
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Onion Powder
- .5 Tbsp.5 Tbsp.5 Tbsp Chili Powder

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a large mixing bowl, add all of the ingredients to form a marinade.
- Marinate steak for at least 24 hours for extra tenderness.
- Preheat grill on high heat, roughly 550° Fahrenheit.
- Place the steak on the grill for 4 minutes, flipping only once, then grill for an additional 3 minutes on the other side for a medium rare steak.
- Adjust cooking time based on personal preference.
- Set aside for 10 minutes to let the steak collect its juices. Do not cover.
- Thinly slice and serve with your favorite taco toppings and tortillas!
