Slow Cooker Beef Stew

- 222 Potatoes, Russet, Cut into Bite Size Pieces
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Carrots, Chopped
- 2 cup2 cup2 cup Beef Bone Broth
- 15 oz15 oz15 oz Tomato Sauce
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Coconut Aminos
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Thyme, Dried
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Rosemary, Dried
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Peas, Frozen
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Arrowroot Powder

- Add the bone broth, tomato sauce, and coconut aminos to the slow cooker. Mix well.
- Add the garlic powder, salt, thyme, and rosemary to the slow cooker. Mix well.
- Add the beef, celery, onions, carrots, and potatoes to the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
- After 7 hours mix in the peas and the arrowroot. Cook for the remaining hour.
