Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. in a large skillet, saute onion & peppers for 8-10 minutes or until softened.
  2. transfer veggies to crockpot along with remaining ingredients, except the cream cheese & greek yogurt.
  3. cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours OR until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. right before serving, mix in cream cheese and greek yogurt.
  5. serve with any toppings or sides of choice (I listed some of my favorites!)
