slow cooker white chicken chili

this white chicken chili is thick, creamy, protein-packed, & loaded with veggies, spices, & tender chicken — all with almost zero effort. winter comfort food the easy way.
Ingredients
- 20 oz20 oz20 oz Bell Pepper and Onion Blend, Frozen
- 30 oz30 oz30 oz Great Northern Beans, Canned, or cannellini beans, drained & rinsed

- 10 oz10 oz10 oz Green Chilies
- 0.5 bunch0.5 bunch0.5 bunch Cilantro, chopped
- 4-6 cups4-6 cups4-6 cups Chicken Broth

- 1-2 tsp1-2 tsp1-2 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Garlic Powder

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Onion Powder

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 2-2.5 lb2-2.5 lb2-2.5 lb Chicken Thighs, Boneless Skinless, cut into 1/2" cubes

- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Cream Cheese, Light
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- Pepper Jack Cheese, or cheddar cheese
- Cilantro
- guacamole (click for recipe), or diced avocado
- Traditional Tortilla Chips - Masa

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- in a large skillet, saute onion & peppers for 8-10 minutes or until softened.
- transfer veggies to crockpot along with remaining ingredients, except the cream cheese & greek yogurt.
- cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours OR until the chicken is cooked through.
- right before serving, mix in cream cheese and greek yogurt.
- serve with any toppings or sides of choice (I listed some of my favorites!)
