Smash Burger Breakfast Tacos
Wanna shake up your dinner plans? Make these smash burger breakfast tacos and be everyone’s favorite cook!!! They are juicy, flavorful, and an absolute breakfast-for-dinner MUST try!
Ingredients
- 666 Corn Tortilla
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Ground Beef
- 222 Avocado
- 666 Eggs, Soft boiled
- 111 Sriracha
- 111 Sea Salt
- 111 Red Pepper Flakes
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Prepare soft boiled eggs, I use an egg cooker but air fryer or boiling works too! Once done cool, peel, and set aside.
- Press beef onto corn tortillas & sprinkle salt on beef.
- Heat a skillet on medium-medium/high heat and add a little olive oil.
- Pan fry each taco until done.
- Add avocado, eggs, Sriracha, & red pepper flakes. Serve & enjoy!
Notes
Makes approximately 6 tacos. Sriracha, sea salt, and red pepper flakes can be used to taste.
