Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Wash, drain, and slice your strawberries, and set aside
  2. Wash and drain spinach and place it into a large serving bowl
  3. In a jar, add all ingredients from the dressing mix and shake well
  4. Adjust dressing to your taste (salt, pepper, etc.)
  5. Top your spinach with strawberries, walnuts, dried cranberries, and pumpkin seeds
  6. Drizzle your dressing over your bowl and mix very well
  7. Finish off your salad with your strawberry balsamic glaze
  8. Dig in and enjoy this fresh salad!

Notes

I like to mix my dressing directly in a jar for easy storage if there are leftovers. This is also a great way to keep it mess-free! If you want to make the salad more dynamic and tasty, I would recommend adding in crumbled feta. // I never store my dressing in the fridge as the olive oil tends to clump up. It's best to leave it out of the cold, on the counter.
