- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Cowboy Salt - Texas Salt Co., or smoked salt of choice

- 1/2 tsp1/2 tsp1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 tsp1/2 tsp1/2 tsp Barbecue Rub - Primal Palate

- 4-5 cups4-5 cups4-5 cups Chickpeas, or any freeze-dried legumes

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- preheat oven to 275.
- in a sauce pan over medium heat, add all ingredients, except freeze-dried legumes.
- heat until everything is combined & dissolved.
- remove from heat, then add in freeze-dried legumes.
- add legumes to a baking sheet; then bake for 45-60 minutes, stirring every 15-20 minutes.
- remove from oven, then allow to cool completely.
- enjoy on salads, in snack mixes, or just by the handful!
