Snickerdoodle Acorns
10 minute thanksgiving dessert coming at you! These basically taste like cookie dough balls, with a texture that melts right in your mouth! They're gluten free, refined sugar free, and high protein, too!
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Almond Flour
- .33 cup.33 cup.33 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Pumpkin Purée
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Ground Cinnamon, For coating
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Swerve Granular (sugar substitute), For coating. Or coconut / cane sugar
- 8 whole8 whole8 whole Gluten Free Pretzel Sticks
- .33 cup.33 cup.33 cup Dark Chocolate Chips, Melted

- Roll dough ingredients together. Shape into acorns the best you can. Roll bottom half in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Then dip the top in your dark chocolate (melted). Then place pretzel rod on top!
